Congratulations to Carla and Ellie! Ellie earned her AKC Therapy Dog Advanced (THDA) title. She completed 100 visits with the in-patient veterans at the VA with PTSD. She also visits Daisy Hill an assisted living in Versailles.
Therapy dogs are dogs who go with their owners to volunteer in settings such as schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Therapy dogs and their owners work together as a team to improve the lives of other people.
